Purpose of Job

This is a highly visible position which will require an individual to perform with an advanced degree of professionalism and integrity while handling sensitive and confidential information. The person in this role will assist by providing a wide array of HR support and advice. He or she will be responsible for offering guidance on training and development, performance management, associate relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between associates and management.

Tracking all associate training including, but not limited to: on-the-job training records (Task Certifications), on-site training, outside training, and Associate Career Development continuing education courses. Creating and maintaining associate training records using HRIS record-keeping and tracking systems. Providing individual and overall training records as requested for audit and departmental tracking purposes.
Providing support to associates by scheduling approved inside and outside training as needed, or as requested by the associate or their management team. Coordinating with training providers to schedule on-site training classes and programs for associates. Conducting on-site training courses for associates as needed.
Provide support to develop and maintain human resources programs, policies, and procedures.
Maintain a positive work environment and high associate engagement by providing excellent service and support.

Education

Payroll Specialist (Sabina, OH, US)

Company Overview

Purpose of Job

This position is primarily responsible for full-cycle payroll knowledge and accurate processing of facility US associates and assigned Japanese expat payroll. The position guarantees the disbursement of payroll, garnishments, benefits, and taxes to employees consistent with federal and state wage and hour laws. Prepares, analyzes, and distributes accurate month-end payroll and staffing reports to applicable departments. Assists with our HR related activities, including payroll policy documentation and development, and orientation

Prepare and process weekly and bi-weekly payroll in accordance with all federal and state wage hour laws as well as company policies.
Prepare all payroll reporting including monthly, quarterly and annually. Prepare GL reports, headcount reports and other requested reporting.
Oversee timecard system and attendance policy for compliance as well as associate related issues.
Update associate and payroll records such as new hire, termination, tax status, direct deposit, reimbursements, rates, assignments, garnishments, etc.
Ensure JSox compliance.
Maintain appropriate files and documentation.
Other HR duties as assigned.

IT Systems Engineer (Troy, MI, US)

Purpose of Job

The Enterprise Systems Engineer will conduct a wide range of regional support and implementation activities for NSNA’s servers, storage, networks, and applications, focusing on cybersecurity standards and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions to resolve server, storage, and network issues, using project management and process building methods to align with IT security policies. Additionally, the role will collaborate with regional IT teams, internal departments, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure system integrity and performance.

Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, VPNs, MFA, and the latest password and data protection strategies to prevent and detect unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Investigate the suitability, assist with the design, and coordinate the implementation of effective monitoring, maintenance, integration, and automation processes for server, storage, and network infrastructure, ensuring network reliability and availability.
Communicate and collaborate with regional IT teams, NSNA internal departments, external vendors, and other stakeholders to analyze requirements and make recommendations to IT leadership for the design and implementation of robust security measures and solutions aligning with IT strategic initiatives.
Contribute to the development and testing of disaster recovery plans to ensure rapid recovery of IT services in the event of a major incident.
Provide guidelines and assist Enterprise Systems Administrators in troubleshooting complex issues, performing system maintenance and upgrades, and supporting end-users with escalated tickets.
Participate in incident response activities, helping to identify, contain, and remediate security incidents and system outages
Assist the IT Service Delivery team as an escalation point for technical support, user access management, and guidelines for supporting applications such as M365, SharePoint, line-of-business applications, and others as required.
Maintain accurate records of system configurations and changes, ensuring consistency and compliance with configuration and change management standards.
Ensure infrastructure systems comply with ISO 27001 and TISAX controls, and participate in continuous improvement activities involving policies, procedures, and user guide development to ensure standardization.
Stay up to date with and investigate new developments and trends in technology solutions related to infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Experience in developing and testing disaster recovery plans and participating in incident response activities. Experience with hypervisor and VDI solutions in a hybrid cloud environment, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards and ITIL best practices. Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting complex IT systems, including servers, storage, and networks. Familiarity with ISO 27001 and TISAX controls and compliance requirements. Expertise in supporting applications such as M365, SharePoint, and other line-of-business applications. Technical proficiency in hypervisor technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and VDI solutions (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon). APQP Engineer (Guadalupe, NLE, MX)

Ensure the implementation of the APQP process to successfully carry out the new product introduction stages, trials and production, coordinating the launching of new models in close communication with cross-functional teams, managing the implementation of engineering changes across this launching stage.

Collaborate in the process of effective execution of corrective actions and/or continuous improvement derived from internal issues (CARs) or external (PIRs), reviewing and communicating new model DCNs, plus ensuring compliance with PPAP client requirements.

Carry out the update of procedures for new models, while ensuring meeting timetables and project milestones, e.g. trials and production floor follow-ups, project kick-offs, cross-functional meetings, checkpoints, progress and internal program.
